No. I work with both individuals who are just beginning their journey with movement and those who have trained before. Every collaboration starts with a conversation and tailoring the training to your abilities, needs, and well-being.

 

Do you work with pain, after injuries, or after a break in training?

 

Yes. I specialize in medical training, mobility, and safe return to movement. If you are experiencing pain, have had an injury, or a long break — the training is tailored to support recovery, not exacerbate the problem.

 

Where do the training sessions take place?

 

Training can take place:

  • at the gym

  • outdoors

  • in nature

The form and location are determined individually, depending on your needs, goals, and capabilities.

 

Is online collaboration effective?

 

Yes. Online collaboration works particularly well if:

  • you cannot meet in person

  • you want to train at home

The first meeting is a conversation. We talk about your health, lifestyle, goals, concerns, and previous experiences with movement. Based on this, I propose the best form of collaboration — without pressure or commitments.

Do I need to be 'in shape' to start?

 

No. Movement is a path to fitness, not a condition for having it. We start where you are now.

Yes. I mainly work with women who want to consciously take care of their bodies, health, and well-being — without pressure, comparisons, or quick fixes.

 

Is windsurfing suitable for beginners?

 

Yes. I conduct sessions for both individuals who have never stood on a board and for those who want to improve their technique. The classes are tailored to the level, conditions, and your comfort.

 

Do you provide windsurfing/SUP equipment?

Yes. I provide the necessary equipment for the classes. If you have your own — we can also work with that.

 

Where do the windsurfing sessions take place?

Sessions take place depending on weather conditions and location. Details are determined individually before the classes.
