1. General Information

The website and all services offered through it are operated by:

By using the website, placing an order, or registering for classes, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Scope of Services

Through the website, Babki w Dechę offers:

• personal training (stationary and outdoor),

• fitness and recreational classes, including water sports,

• training plans and online coaching,

• clothing and accessories made from recycled materials (mostly made to individual order),

• gift cards.

 

3. Terms of Website Use

Services may be used by persons over 18 years of age or minors with the consent of a legal guardian.

Users agree to use the website in accordance with applicable law and principles of social coexistence.

It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or infringe the rights of third parties.

 

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN).

The price displayed at the time of purchase is binding.

Payments are processed online via payment systems available on the WebWave platform.

Babki w Dechę reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect orders already paid.

 

5. Clothing and Accessories from Recycled Materials – Sales Rules

Products are made from recycled materials and most are custom-made to individual order.

Due to their personalized nature, these products are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Customers accept the possibility of minor differences in color, texture, or finish resulting from the nature of recycled materials.

Information about the inability to return is always provided in the product description.

The lead time for custom-made products is 7–21 business days from the date the payment is recorded.

 

6. Lifetime Repair Guarantee

Babki w Dechę offers a lifetime repair guarantee on clothing and accessories made from recycled materials.

The guarantee covers damage resulting from normal use of the product.

To use the guarantee, the customer must:

• present the original receipt or invoice,

• ensure consistency of purchase data with the person requesting the repair.

The guarantee applies only to the first purchaser and is non-transferable.

The guarantee does not cover:

• damage caused by improper use,

• intentional damage,

• modifications made by third parties,

• natural wear resulting from intensive or prolonged use.

The scope and method of repair are determined individually after assessment.

Shipping costs to the repair location are covered by the customer; return shipping is covered by Babki w Dechę unless agreed otherwise.

 

7. Complaints

Complaints should include a description of the issue and data enabling order identification.

Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

 

8. Consultations, Training Plans & Online Sessions

Training plans and digital products are subject to a 48-hour cancellation or return policy from the date of purchase.

Coaching programs are conducted for a minimum period of 3 months, without exceptions.

 

9. Personal Training and Sports Classes

Training and class reservations may be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellation of a single session within a purchased package is non-refundable.

Packages and courses must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

They may be used for all services and products available on the website.

Gift cards are subject to a 48-hour cancellation or return policy.

Unused funds after expiration are non-refundable.

 

11. Safety and Responsibility

Participation in activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Participants declare that their health condition allows them to engage in physical activity.

Babki w Dechę is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

• concealment of health issues,

• failure to follow instructor guidelines,

• actions contrary to safety rules.

Outdoor and water activities may be affected by weather conditions.

 

12. Copyright

All materials available on the website (texts, photos, graphics, training plans, logos) are the intellectual property of Babki w Dechę and are protected by copyright law.

 

13. Changes to the Regulations

Babki w Dechę reserves the right to update these Regulations. The current version is always available on the website.

 

14. Governing Law

These Regulations are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of Babki w Dechę.
