I write poetry, sew, do DIY projects, and I enjoy giving a second life to things that are "nothing" to others. This teaches me mindfulness, patience, and respect for the process — just like working with movement.
I also pay a lot of attention tohealthy eating and its impact on the female body, especially during the perimenopause and menopause.
I am interested in how strength training affects not only the figure but alsohormones, well-being, and quality of lifefor women.
I believe that strength is more than muscles. It is stability, energy, and a sense of agency in everyday life.
Movement accompanies me in many ways — from running and triathlon, throughsnowboarding, skiing, and cycling, to outdoor activities that naturally fit into the rhythm of the seasons.

My name is Alicja Fedor . I am a licensed personal trainer, medical trainer, and windsurfing instructor. For over 15 years I have been working with movement, the body, and people — in sports, fitness, and outdoor activities.
Babki w Dechę was created to support women in building strength, confidence, and freedom — not just physical, but also inner freedom. It's more than just training. It's a lifestyle based on authenticity, movement, and trust in one's own body. Movement has accompanied me my whole life. Sports have always been present in my life. I started my adventure with karting , competing in regional and national championships — often competing against boys. That's where I learned courage, determination, and consistency. The next stages were football and basketball , which I played in high school and college as a point guard, participating in university championships. I fell in love with windsurfing in high school. Water, wind, and space became my natural environment for movement, freedom, and regeneration — and they still are today.
I am a trained physical education teacher — I graduated with a master's degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Olsztyn (OSW im. Józefa Rusieckiego). My professional path also took me to Ireland , where I graduated with honors in Exercise, Health and Fitness from the University of Limerick. There, I gained experience as a fitness instructor and trainer, working with individuals with very different needs and abilities. I am constantly developing and training. I am fascinated by the human body — its ability to adapt, regenerate, and regain fitness through intelligent movement.
